The iTunes feed is back up and running, ready for Housecast 63 on Sunday 28 February. This show will also be broadcast LIVE on Funkational Radio – click on the Radio Stream links page for details on tuning in to this new Internet radio station.
You may have noticed a new look to the website recently, and we hope you like it! All the original content is still here and the navigation of the site is pretty much the same.
There’s a couple of new features to note: you can now share a post straight to any of the popular social networking and blogging sites such as Facebook and Twitter, so if there’s a Housecast, mix or post you really like and you want to share it just click SHARE at the bottom of each post. You can also use this link to save a copy of the post or email it. We’ve also enhanced the search facility on the site enabling you to quickly search through all the content for a particular track or artist.
The other major change is the site is accessed from www.dj-moose.co.uk instead of www.dj-moose.co.uk/blog. This means that the RSS feed has also changed so if you have readers set up to access the Housecasts then you will need to recreate your feed.

Here’s a quick preview of an excellent track from Gramaphonedzie which you might be hearing rather lot on the radio just now! This is the full edit, starting off as a fairly standard house track with a catchy beat, but wait a minute or two and there’s a full on 50’s style jazz vocal which is most excellently sampled and mixed! Official release date is February 28, so go get it when it’s out…

Series 4 of the Housecast Sessions will be kicking off soon. As usual, DJ }Moose will be comin’ at you with a selection of the latest and greatest house toons to get you groovin’ on down. With some fantastic aural treats in store plus some special guest appearances, series 4 will give you all the more!!
DJ }Moose’s latest musical creation, “The Deep Groove Valley EP” is set for release on 20 April 2009. This deeply chilled four track concept extended play single is being sold in aid of the Clan 123 appeal, Cancer Link Aberdeen and North’s target to raise £3,000,000 (GBP) within two years for the new Clan House and Clan Haven. 80% of the £5.00 purchase price goes to the charity.

Hello house lovers, I’m back from my journey and ready to start hitting you with the latest and greatest house and club dance on the scene. Starting form next Sunday, 22 March with a LIVE disco special, the housecasts will be coming at you every two weeks, plus the odd midweek special thrown in for your added aural pleasure.
